I want every church I serve to be servants of God – above all else – then we can work on the color of the carpet. Jessica and I have 6 kids (2 sets of twins) and I drive a bus for the Lewis Central School system. In winter I ice fish and when there is open water I try to fish in my boat. My wife and I both think we a great senses of humor.
On a Saturday morning, you can find me sleeping later. Fishing. Playing with Dutch and Maude (our dogs – 2 mutts).

I was born and raised in Yankton, SD then moved to IA in 97. Jason & I have been together 30 years, we have 6 beautiful children, 7 amazing grandchildren and 2 precious fur babies Dutch & Maude. My hobbies & passions include gardening, movie watching, a fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes, building relationships, being a military mom, and most importantly praising God.

As the one-board chairperson for the church, I oversee the leadership team, facilitate meetings, coordinate with pastors and ministry leaders, and help make key decisions about finances, programs, and community outreach.

It’s also my responsibility to ensure that policies and procedures are followed while fostering unity and clear communication within the board and congregation. Additionally, I help resolve conflicts, assist with strategic planning, and support the spiritual growth of our church.
On a Saturday morning, you can find me working on any number of engineering, woodwork, fishing, or family related projects.

This includes both paid and volunteer staff. Additionally, I participate along with the other board members in managing the church’s business. On a personal note, my wife Margaret and I will celebrate 50 years of marriage in December 2025. We have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. I am retired from Union Pacific Railroad. In addition to my family, my hobbies include studying music and playing piano and other instruments, Nebraska sports, being bad at golf and driving and showing my 2 Mustangs.
On a Saturday morning, you can find me working detailing one of my Mustangs for a car show.

I enjoy working with the soundboard as part of the Worship team. I am also a member of the financial team. Currently, I am a member of the One Board, and I serve on the SPRC committee. I have been blessed with 2 boys and 3 grandkids. I enjoy spending time with my grandkids, fishing, and exploring antique shops. I also enjoy reading about history and theology.
